Biography
Prof. Dr. Benedicta P. Dwi Riyanti completed her undergraduate education at Gadjah Mada University in 1988 and continued her master's studies at the University of Indonesia, earning her degree in 1994. She then obtained her doctoral degree (Ph.D.) from the University of Indonesia in 2002. With expertise in Entrepreneurship, Creativity in the Workplace, Competence, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Prof. Dr. Benedicta has extensive experience in understanding organizational dynamics and individual development in the work context. As an educator, she teaches various courses such as Entrepreneurship & Creativity, Training, and Advanced Statistics, helping students develop their psychological skills. As a leading psychologist, Prof. Dr. Benedicta has made significant contributions, particularly regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, she published the work "Adaptation of Three Psychological Measurement Instruments Assessing Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic," which discusses the adaptation of psychological measurement instruments to assess the pandemic's impact. She also adapted the COVID-19 Anxiety Syndrome Scale (C-19ASS) into Indonesian and validated the Indonesian Entrepreneurial Competence Inventory-Situational Judgment Test Model. Her latest work in 2023, "Key Competencies for Business Success," focuses on the competencies needed to achieve success in business.
