Students of the Faculty of Law of Atma Jaya Catholic University succeeded at the 13th Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition

Students of the Faculty of Law of Atma Jaya Catholic University succeeded in making the Faculty of Law proud again at the 13th Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition which was held virtually.

The annual competition is organized by the Centre for Human Rights, together with the Academy on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law of the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington DC, and in collaboration with the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva. The competition includes three language groups namely English, Spanish, and French.

The Atma Jaya University delegation won the Best English-language Memorial award and qualified for the Preliminary Oral Rounds, representing the Asia Pacific region along with 38 other universities from more than 20 countries in five UN regions.
