12/3/2025 12:00:00 AM

An extraordinary achievement from five Atma Jaya University (UAJ) students who successfully obtained BNSP (LSP Unpar) certification through the Sustainable Business Bootcamp activity on November 26, 2025 at Parahyangan Catholic University (Unpar). The UAJ student team consisted of three Master of Law students—Cindy Angria (202400070013), Albert Fajar Yuga (202400070024), and Emi Juliana Sinaga (202400070018)—and two Bachelor of Management students, Kenny Gilbert (202301010056) and Anselmus Ingelbert Manihuruk (202301010060).

This bootcamp featured collaboration between international universities (Wageningen University & Research and UHasselt Belgium) and national members of the Erasmus+ ECoGREEN Consortium, consisting of Unpar, UAJ, Ubaya, SCU, Unwahas, and Trisakti. From September to November 2025, students participated in various comprehensive online training courses, such as Founder Mindset, Design Thinking, OKR & Goal Setting, Financial Management, Branding & Marketing, Sustainability in Business, and many more. They aimed to produce innovative prototype products and obtain BNSP certification as proof of professional competence in sustainable business.

This bootcamp featured approximately 50 booths, including those from local MSMEs, showcasing various sustainable innovations. The UAJ team successfully created superior, environmentally friendly and innovative products, including:

Chair barrels: Save on wood cutting and utilize unused waste barrels.

Patchwork batik jackets: Transforming fabric waste into unique fashion items.

Manual block calendars: Minimizing paper waste.

Eco-friendly fans: Turning plastic waste into fans

Recycled tote bags
