Rianita Pramitasari completed her Bachelor-s degree in Food and Agricultural Products Technology from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2012. At the same university, she continued her education in Food Science and Technology through the Scholarship from Indonesian Ministry of Education (Beasiswa Unggulan Calon Dosen DIKTI) and earned an M.Sc. in 2014. In 2015, she joined as a lecturer at the Food Technology Study Program, Faculty of Biotechnology Unika Atma Jaya and is currently active in conducting research focusing on food product development, process optimization to improve functional properties of food, anthocyanin-based functional food formulations, sports food, and sensory evaluation. From her research, she has published various articles in both reputable national and international journals. Currently, she is also an active member and committee of the Association of Indonesian Food Technology Experts (PATPI). She is active in self-development through training in his research interests and become a presenter in both national and international seminars.
