Biography
Natalia Puspadewi is a medical education scholar and researcher focusing on strengthening clinical reasoning, professionalism, and technology-enhanced learning. She earned her PhD in Education from the University of Rochester and has a strong interest in integrating artificial intelligence (AI), metacognition, and collaborative learning to enhance medical students’ learning experiences.
Her recent research explores the role of AI in supporting clinical reasoning and its relationship with intrinsic motivation and student engagement. She is also actively involved in developing innovative assessment methods such as the Script Concordance Test (SCT) and contributes to adaptive and future-oriented curriculum development in medical education.
Through various academic publications and collaborations, she is committed to advancing reflective, evidence-based, and clinically oriented medical education. Her honors and awards include the Fulbright Scholarship (2018), AICEF Travel Grant (2022), and DAAD Scholarship for the UNILEAD 2026 program.
