• Students who graduate overseas are required to submit the letter of certificate equivalency from Diksdamen at the latest one month before the study commencement date.
• Students who graduate during the Academic Year 2024 or earlier are required to submit their certified senior high school diploma during the admission confirmation.
• Students who graduate with Package C diplomas are required to submit their certified diplomas during the admission confirmation at the latest on month before the study commencement date.
• Students who have just taken Package C cannot enroll in the admission period of Academic Year 2025/2026.
• Admissions Test Fee: Non-Medicine Study Program: Rp 250.000,- Medicine Study Program: Rp 500.000,-.
• Applicants who have completed the online admission but wish to change their campus location or study program are required to submit the request by sending an e-mail to the admission team through admisi@atmajaya.ac.id
• New students who have completed the initial payment and received their Campus ID / NIM are not allowed to change their campus locations.
• New students who have completed the initial payment and received their Campus ID / NIM but wish to change their study program can submit the request to the admission team through e-mail on admisi@atmajaya.ac.id, at the latest one month before the study commencement date. The chance to change study programs is only given once to each new student.
• Applicants who choose Catholic Religion Education Study Program are required to submit a copy of Baptism Certificate (Catholic Baptism within the past two years or more), which can be sent to the e-mail admisi@atmajaya.ac.id, at the latest 3 (three) days before the admissions test.
• Applications who choose Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy are required to sub it a copy of non-color blindness issued by ophthalmologists, at the latest 2 (two) weeks after the admission announcement.
• Prospective new students with special needs (disabilities) are obliged and willing to provide supporting tools or companions for themselves in the process of new students admission process and learning during classes.
• Prospective new students with special needs (disabilities) are obliged and willing to provide assistive devices or companions for themselves in the process of admitting new students and learning during lectures.
1. If you want to pay in installments, create a payment plan in the MyAtma app (the Payment Plan Guide can be downloaded from the link above).
2. If you do not create an Online Payment Plan, the remaining tuition payments are paid in full or are considered to be paid in full.
